Terms

At all times, Embedded Controls Ltd will do it's best to accurately describe products being offered for sale on it's web pages. Please read descriptions and examine any pictures carefully before ordering. If you have any questions or require more information, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate you and answer your questions.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products please return them in the same condition as received within 21 days for a full refund. Refunds can not be made if there are any missing or damaged parts unless by prior arrangement with Embedded Controls Ltd.

Please carefully inspect the packaging and products on arrival for any damage and inform us of any problems within 7 days.

Back Orders

In the event that any of the ordered item(s) are not in stock they will be placed on back order and you will be advised by e-mail , telephone or mail of the anticipated delivery time. If you do not wish to wait for the back ordered item(s) to arrive, we will, at your request, cancel the order and refund the balance.

Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days of the order being received.

Post and Packaging

Postal charges are calculated on the total weight of the parcel(s) and within the UK are based on Royal Mail second class letter or parcel post.

Overseas European orders are shipped by Airmail and charges are calculated on the total weight of the parcel(s) using the Royal Mail Small Packet charges.

Your statutory rights are not effected.
